I could argue that Gurahl fancy themselves healers, which I suspect you know because I certainly didn't before.

Harano can't be healed. It spiritually breaks you. It never goes away. You just find a reason to keep going and hope you can bear the weight when the next awful thing that makes you ask why you're still fighting a war you can't podsibly win.
